@Harvey Dodd Hello Harvey, I am still learning further and eager to achieve this business
Laredo TX
If you are planning to love your carriers to Laredo TX, you need to know this ( in my experience, of course) 1. Going in, you can get rates anywhere between 1.2 - 1.8 per mile, no more than that. If you get 1.8 per mile, don’t think it twice and book it (of course if all the other factors like weight, times, DH are convenients) 2. Going out, great rates, 3 dollars/mile, 4 dollars/mile, even more. 3. They can be really slow in loading/unloading trailers. I just have a carrier with Delivery 6 am appointment, he left the receiver at 5pm. So you should book a load to leave Laredo pick Ing up late. If you had a different experience there, please let me know. Thank you!

Need Help to solve Confusion🤷‍♂️
I think Multiple Delivery stops are much Stressful for driver’s because of Tight pickup/Delivery windows. I want Suggestions As per your Experiences if anyone faced this Situation ever before.💭 •what problem’s a dispatcher mostly faced in this type of Loads? • Is this type of loads are Much stressful as compared to Other loads? • what precautions is mandatory while booking this type loads?

Freaky Friday
Hello, my dear colleagues! I would like to share something that happened to me just yesterday. It was a super complicated Friday. It started as another Friday, all loads booked, just waiting for our carriers to get load/unloaded to receive the paperwork and send it to brokers and bill the loads to our factoring. Out of the sudden, one of the carriers call me to tell me that at the receiver he was delivering they were being super slow unloading his trailer, and he was not going to beable to make it to pick up the next load. 😱😱😱😱😱😱 Obviously, we had to cancel that load and start looking for another one. Happily, we could book one after 3 hours of search, calling and emailing. The driver arrives on time to pick the load up, and at the shipper they refused to use his trailer because they wanted to load the product in a specific position that was just simply imposible in that trailer, even when there was enough space to load easily their product. Another cancellation on Friday afternoon 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 In addition, I had another carrier in Texas trying to go to California, every week we book his load early, not much of a problem (usually), but yesterday it was difficult to find it. I was hopeless, honestly, late afternoon, Friday, it is almost impossible to find a decent load. But i did!! Almost 7 pm!! I got both loads! I got some mercy from Heaven, an ángel came down and out his hand on my head, i don’t know what supernatural strengh helped me but i got it. 😂😂 After that, i was exhausted, i just wanted to be in bed watching a movie and having some wine 🍷😂

@Luis Felipe CuestaYeah, I am totally convinced with your answer but sometimes, Carrier’s feel stressed due to Cancellations or may be delay pickup and they think that’s happened just because of Dispatcher’s bad Decision so that’s why i am asking for.
