Hi my name is Pawandeep Singh I live in Punjab and I plan on making $5000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  How to get Loads, negotiate and Manage the Loads 2.  Established a dispatching Company and provided global services. 3.  Find the carriers and how to convince customers.  For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Reading Sikh History Books 2.  Random Travelling  3.  Spend time with myself

@Gurpreet Gill Hey Gurpreet, I have been planning Independent Dispatch model since i watched your free course . I will hit my target budget for this business soon. I wanna realistic picture for my budget breakdown and correct me if i am wrong. I estimated 1600$ to start this business. plz... let me know, Is it enough to start this business with advertisements? I hardly making savings from my low paying job 🥲and still i am motivated & planned to work hard in dispatch game minimum for 2 months. I know the potential of earning in this business model is start initially and I feel confident with this fuel i will onboard minimum 2 carriers and step by step growing my business. what do you think and your expert opinion?

Hey yall ! Remember when I couldn't even figure out a domain name ? 🤣 Well I just signed my first carrier and currently working on finding some loads out of Florida (Which is a little tricky). It's no more of "I just started my business" or "Im still trying to get things off the ground" we are officially OFF THE GROUND 😂😂 Im super nervous but even more exciting and I just wanted to come here and Thank @Gurpreet Gill because I found your videos with just a thought and was able to turn it into a whole business.I will forever be greatful ❤️

Update: I collected my first carrier today. A friend that owns a box truck company with three trucks. Some context: I had to cancel my subscription to the paid portion of Dispatcher University, not because the system does not work but because I can not afford it at the moment. To those that don't know, I was taken advantage of in late 2025 as a lease on owner operator. It left my business near bankruptcy. I transitioned into dispatch because of it. I'm grateful to God I was able to use my contacts in the industry to scale the biggest hurdle to dispatchers, finding carriers. Otherwise I would have to spend lots of money in advertising to let carriers know my company exists. Then afterwards I would have to convince them to work with me. My industry connections helped me bypass that expense and roadblock. Grateful to @Gurpreet Gill for his teaching and expertise that gave me knowledge and tools to help my friends run their businesses more efficiently. I'm encouraged and excited about the future. Once my company returns to the black, I'll return with an update. Thanks to everyone I've met in this community and to all the encouraging words and advice. I can't wait to come back with more good news.
