Strategic plans are one of those things that many nonprofits know they should have, but the reality can look very different from organization to organization. Hi! My company isn't formally a nonprofit yet. I just got our bylaws passed, and then next step is to file with the IRS. However, at our last meeting many members posed the question of getting outside legal review before we submit. Does anyone in this amazing group have suggestions/referrals for an attorney specialising in nonprofit tax law for a baby startup (think low to no budget). TYIA!! P.S.
