Bio: Lost my partner 3 years ago. Promised my boys I would do my best to reach 100 and be a strong rolemodel for them. Vegan for about 5 years.

I've been a vegetarian for over 27 years, but eggs and cheese don't agree with me so it's time to go vegan. I'm excited to start this journey!
