Bio: I’m 61 years old and live in Somerset. I was diagnosed with MS in 1987 so have lived with it for a while. My fitness needs addressing, so here I am!

Bio: Had MS symptoms in 2003 and diagnosed in 2004. It’s bloody 💩but I’m still laughing and moving 😊

Bio: Had string of symptoms of MS through late 20’s, 30’s. Gave birth to our Son at 39 yrs. Some more symptoms later then diagnosed at 52. Now 67.

Bio: Now living in Bristol. Love singing , listening to music , painting , playing piano, keeping active and engaging with my eight grandchildren

Bio: An ex HR Manager who loves life with my Husband and our 7 year old daughter. Only problem is flipping MS! !
