Oura Ring
Anyone using an Oura Ring? I started wearing one in Feb and its really interesting to see the data that it collects.... esp stress response and sleep

I’ve been considering it or something similar. I’d love to hear more about your experience with it (and any others) 🙂

@Jana F this is really great info. I appreciate the detailed reply!
Tired
Hey there! I’m here with a little bit of hope, a little bit of apprehension and a little bit of skepticism. I’m 44, pretty sure I’m in perimenopause and am experiencing various symptoms. I recently had an iron infusion which definitely helped with my ferritin levels but I’m constantly fatigued. I’m encouraged, though, by reading these posts, and seeing the hope and vulnerability that you’re all willing to share.

I hit burn out at work 3 years ago. I wasn’t myself anymore. I took a medical leave for 8 months and worked with a therapist and occupational therapist. Ultimately, I decided that the intense workload, always available requirements were impacting my health too dramatically. After 22 years at the same company, I decided to leave. My work now is very different and doesn’t make the same kinds of demands on my life. My results surprised me a little… I thought maybe after 3 years away from the high stress environment I’d be more regulated in at least some areas.
Exhaustion
Hi, I've been exhausted forever and always feel like I never have enough sleep. I feel like I ignore it during the day because I am working and it is very high stress, but from the second I come home and sit down it's like my brain shuts off and I can't do anything else. On weekends, I don't have any motivation so it's hard to get my day started and then continue with energy throughout the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help? I don't drink coffee because after about a month the effects stopped working and I just started getting major headaches. Naps also don't help they don't reset me. I'm open to any suggestions!

I hear you! Fatigue is one of my biggest struggles. I have a nighttime problem though. I tend to experience a crash mid afternoon, sometimes early eve to the point I feel like I can’t do anything but somewhere around 9pm I find I’m wide awake and productive and end up staying up way too late.
