Help!
I’m on my third attempt and every time my dough winds up so sticky I can’t shape it. Seems to rise in the bowl but then once I refrigerate it deflates and becomes incredibly sticky/ hard to work with. What am I doing wrong?

You can see that it’s definitely rising but it’s lacking the air bubbles … not sure if this is a good or bad thing?

Thank you!!!
Feeding starter question
Hello! Thanks so much for teaching us all last night. My starter has doubled in size and I put it into a bigger jar and will feed it again today before putting it into the fridge. I have one question: your write-up on feeding my starter has one section I’m hoping for clarification on. You indicate measuring to feed the starter which I believe is different than the rubber band method, correct? You state “you can choose a clean jar or “eyeball” it from there. That’s the part that’s throwing me off I think. 😊

I also put mine in my bigger jar today! So we just want to feed until it is about double in size and then let it sit out over night -once it raises to about half way up then it can go in the fridge to “pause” ?? Just dumbing it down for my own sake haha. Is this correct though?

@Sandra Brenes ok, so I got it to rise to almost halfway in the big jar and put it in the fridge to store. Now it looks like it dwindled down a bit. Can I just take it out tomorrow to feed again or should I wait a few days to see if it does its thing in the fridge?
