We’d LOVE to know a bit more about you… 1. Who are you and where are you based? 2. How long have you been in realty? 3. What's one goal you have for yourself in the program? P.S I’ve introduced myself in the comments too… :)

@Cindi Malone Welcome! We're so glad that you're here and ready to refresh and grow your business. Wow - what a font of knowledge you must be about your area... your clients must love working with a person with such depth of experience.

Welcome @Eric Pipkorn! That area looks beautiful. We're thrilled to have you joining us and building a lead generation engine.
Upcoming Implementation Calls
YOU ARE NOT BEHIND! You are at the exact right moment and in the exact right program to help you get started NOW! Your tomorrow can look different from yesterday if you make a different choice. We've added TWO WEEKLY IMPLEMENTATION CALLS where John and I will be online with you, in Claude assisting you step-by-step to get your YouTube channel live and your videos filmed and uploaded. This is as close as we can get to coming to your house and pulling up a chair next to you to help you build your business. Who has already joined an implementation call? Was it helpful? Will you be joining us for an upcoming call? Mondays at 10 am PST / 1pm EST Fridays at 8am PST / 11am EST Which one is in your calendar?

Work Together Tomorrow at 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern
We have added new content into the classroom! You'll find the John Garuti Youtube Claude Skill and the first phases called Build Your Engine Room. We will have a walk-through video to guide you through the steps available later today. If you have questions, concerns, if you're stuck or want support, join me on the coaching call tomorrow at a special time: 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern.
More Streamlined to be Record-Ready
AI has changed fast since we built this curriculum. What took a full module in April now takes one prompt. So we're rebuilding around what John actually does on his own channels right now, and some lessons are coming down while we do that. What replaces them starts this week. John is running live small group implementation sessions. One hour. He shares his screen and walks through his process while you follow along on your own channel: strategy, content pillars, first video titles, first script. You will be ready to record your first video by the end of the hour. Implementation Session Times: • Friday, July 17 at 12pm Pacific / 3pm Eastern • Monday July 20 at 10 am Pacific / 1pm Eastern • Thursday July 23 at 9 am Pacific / 12pm Eastern • Friday July 24 at 7am Pacific / 10am Eastern Register for your session here. Before you show up: get a paid Claude pro account, $20 a month. That's the only tool you'll need. These sessions are being recorded and will become the new lessons. We're going all in to get your YouTube channel a lead generating engine running. So, grab you spot and go all in with us and you'll be ready to record!
Claude Model and Effort choices
I think I have more options than last time with Claude. What settings should we be using for model and effort? I believe I asked that question correctly. :) Sorry to have missed the meeting today. Such a busy summer.

Hey @Claire Fralish, Yeah, missed seeing you on the call today too. How are things going? Great question! Here's a quick breakdown and what the models are best used for: - Haiku 4.5 — Fastest and lightest. Good for quick, simple stuff and quick answers - Sonnet 5 — The default and the workhorse. Handles the vast majority of everyday tasks well: writing, analysis, planning, most content creation. - Opus 4.8 — Deep reasoning. Worth switching to when a task is genuinely hard or high-stakes or Sonnet's output feels shallow. - Fable 5 — Anthropic's newest model. For the toughest or most nuanced work. The Effort slider (low/medium/high) adjusts how much a model "thinks" before answering — lower for quick, simple asks; higher for anything that needs careful reasoning. I'd suggest starting with Sonnet 5 since it handles almost everything. Only bump up to Opus or Fable if Sonnet's answer feels like it's missing the mark on something complex. No need to overthink it for day-to-day realtor content unless you start running out of tokens before you complete all of your tasks.
