👉 Start Here: Your First Steps Inside Especially Made™
🤍 Welcome to Especially Made™ If you’re here, you may be feeling unsure about what your child needs—and how to support them at home. You’ve likely sat in meetings. You’ve heard the terminology. Maybe you even have an IEP or 504 in place… And in these early school years, you can feel how important this time is. You want to support your child in the right ways—early, intentionally, and with clarity. But you’re still left wondering how to take all of that and turn it into something that actually works in your daily life. That’s what this space is for. This is where we create alignment— between your child, your home, and their learning. Step 1: Get Settled (just 15 minutes today) 👉 Start by introducing yourself in the Introductions section: Share: • your child’s grade • one thing that’s going well • one thing you’re worried about right now • the date of your next IEP/504 meeting (if you have one) 👉 Next, create a second post titled: “My 30-Day Focus” Complete this sentence: “In the next 30 days, I want to feel clear about ________.” 👉 Then, take a few minutes to read through other introductions and leave a kind comment on at least three. You’re not alone in this—and neither are they. 👉 When you’re done, come back here and comment: "Activated" When you do, I’ll personally guide you to your next best step based on what you shared. Step 2: Start with One Lesson 👉 Head to the Classroom and open: After the IEP: Foundations for Calm, Clarity, and Real-Life Support For today, just watch Lesson 1. That’s enough. No pressure to do more. Step 3: Get Organized (this week) 👉 Download the IEP Binder Template and place your current paperwork inside. One place. Clear and simple. Step 4: Build Your Understanding (this month) 👉 When you’re ready, explore: • 10 Questions to Ask Your IEP Team • IEP Red Flags • Accommodations Guide These will help you begin to see your child’s plan with more clarity and intention. ✨ As you begin: You are not behind.
