hey, all! I'm online now, and I'm going to start more content and hope to see you all enjoy it. anything you need or would like to see me share? for instance- navigation of psych Drs, counselors, and therapists. I started with my family dr, she referred me to mental health providers. from there they can set you up with medication, counseling, therapy, and community outreach programs. right now I use AMINO SANS PSYCHIATRY it's teleheath out of North Carolina and other states I'm sure. they can set up local labs and clinics for all your needs for intimate needs like shots, peer support, and local resources. and I have family care Dr and peer support with a non profit in Asheville nc called MAHEC (mountain area health education center) they have everything you could possibly need. from dentist to ob. if you're in the area I definitely would recommend them. my peer support specialist, they are the calm and logical advice I need when things aren't going well and there's no clear path. I will get into detail more in my next classroom.

HI! Thanks for popping by to see what I have to offer you. hopefully you will find it comforting and inspiring. If you're comfortable enough to share your journey's experience with me, publicly or privately, I would love to connect with you and keep your privacy at the forefront of our conversation. I will be happy to exchange shares so you will understand where I began, at around 26. I'm 44 now, so I call that 20+ years of experience, cause it feels like it. The first step of your journey is to listen, hear the words, and accept the facts your Drs present to you. If you can't admit it to yourself, you're in denial. (if diagnosed by a official physician) You should listen to your treatment options and do what's right for you, whatever it may be. I thought it was a death sentence, because that's how people treated me. so I argued they were wrong. took a long hard look that took me a long hard time to admit. so I know the struggle is real. something hard to hear and accept.

Bipolar and coping. Not at all easy, but doable, I'll show you how.
