For the past two years my body has been taking me through something I couldn’t fully explain. My voice changed my throat opened.Sounds and tones started coming through me that I’d never trained in. At first I resisted it.Then I tried to hide it.Then eventually… I surrendered to it. What I’ve learned through this journey is that the body holds suppression far deeper than most people realise. The women I work with often aren’t lacking confidence. They’re holding years of:• silencing themselves• people pleasing• fear of judgement• emotional suppression• unspoken grief• fear around visibility and expression And the body remembers all of it.
