Ever since I found out about BANT, it’s been a LIFE SAVER when you’re talking to potential buyers. It’s the fastest way to figure out if someone’s serious or just running laps in your DMs: - Budget → Do they have money to spend? - Authority → Are they the decision maker or “asking for a friend”? - Need → Do they even need what you’re offering? - Timeline → Are they ready now or just window shopping for “someday”? (NOT 30, 60, 90 DAYS! NOT NEXT YEAR! LIKE RIGHT NOW!) If someone can’t clear at least 3/4 of these checkpoints, guess what? That’s not your buyer 🚫 Stop answering 27 questions for someone who’s just looking for a reason to say no. Start qualifying people and moving on FAST. Your time is money. Don’t hand it out to people who were never going to buy anyway.
