My work combines our land’s olive oil tradition with cutting-edge tools: I use artificial intelligence to optimize our commercial communication, analyze markets, and automate processes—allowing us to dedicate more time to what truly matters: caring for our product and nurturing relationships with our clients. From our family mill, we bring premium EVOO to high-end restaurants, gourmet distributors, and international markets including the UK and Europe.
