I've been seeing / feeling my mask I put on to be cool... almost like feeling it on my face. Like tryna make everyone ...or my dad probably -- that I got it figured it out when actually im just trying not to loooosseeeee myy mindddd... so I KNOW what is helping is just saying "I am.." statements... of who I know I am deeeeeeeeep down or up there... somewhere deep that feels like ME !!!!! I just put words to it, activities, get lost in something I THINK IS AWESOME!!! and let myself play n be weirdd n shake THE MASK OFF me!!! .... and this softens my clay mask Ive been wearing so yall think I got it figured it out ---
