BEST TRAINER OUT!!
One of the best trainers I’ve had, he put me through a series of workouts and each one of them was fun! Also had massive gains towards the end. We now do a weekly check in where he tells me things to improve on. I say it’s worth the investment fasho!

Fitness has been apart of my life since youth. I was a 5 sport athlete (Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Track) who after high school decided to pursue Fitness. After dropping out of SUNY when I torn my ACL playing D1 soccer.

2022 ATL 8 months of consistent training
Everything is achievable as along as you put in the time and effort, but, having honest conversation is important as well if you’re having trouble putting on gains, remember it’s part of the process you may have to switch up your routine to see where you’re most comfortable at, working towards that may lead to different results. Let’s work, training is a two way street, you also need to put in the time and effort on your own.
