Russian Tie
My son is 11, he loves to wrestle with a Russian Tie but he tends to grip overhand on the bottom hand. Should I have him go ahead and break that habit and go with an underhand grip? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Overhand grip on the grip is completely fine. There's just a different set of techniques that you'll do from there. That grip is considered a traditional 2-on-1. What does he like to do from that position?
