START HERE - Welcome to AMP 🎯
Welcome to AMP: The Artist Master Plan 🎯 I built this community for one reason - to help independent artists stop guessing and start growing with a real system. Here is exactly what to do right now: 1. Introduce yourself below — drop your name, your genre, and what day you are starting 2. Get your journal or digital access to unlock the 1000 Fan Machine curriculum: - Physical journal: etsy.com/shop/ArtistVaultShop - Digital access: artistvault.co/1000 3. Check the Classroom tab for your Day 1 lesson and daily task 4. Come back every day and post your check-in in the Daily Check-In category 5. If you want your entire music career managed on autopilot while you focus on building fans - check out ArtistVault at artistvault.co I will be going live on TikTok regularly to teach this system step by step. Follow me and turn on notifications so you never miss a live. Let's build. Day 1 starts now. ~ Tiffany

AMP COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT - RE: Charging For Services
Hey AMP Family! This was brought to my attention from one of our members. I want to clarify something important regarding the mentor/mentee pairings inside AMP. The purpose of these connections is never to create unpaid labor or to make anyone feel obligated to work for free. The reason I'm pairing people together is because I truly believe artists and creatives grow faster when they are no longer isolated. Most independent artists are trying to survive the music business completely alone. No real support system. No trusted people to bounce ideas off of. No accountability. No community. And the truth is, the industry has conditioned creatives to compete instead of build together. AMP was created to change that. These pairings are meant to create:• Connection• Support• Accountability• Shared growth• Collaboration• Encouragement• Real community This is simply about artists and creatives getting to know one another, building relationships, sharing experiences, and helping each other grow. This connection is not to be considered a reason to charge anyone for the connection and support itself. HOWEVER… I also want to make something very clear: Your skills, your time, your creativity, your production, your engineering, your writing, your strategy, your design work, your experience, and your gifts STILL have value. If someone within the community eventually wants to hire you for actual services, projects, production, management help, branding, mixing, songwriting, marketing, visuals, or anything beyond casual support and community guidance outside of what we are doing within the AMP curriculum, you SHOULD charge for your work. Please do not undervalue yourselves. The music industry already has a long history of creatives being exploited, overworked, and expected to give endless value for “exposure” or “support.” AMP is not built on that foundation. Community does not mean free labor. Support does not mean access to your expertise without boundaries. And collaboration should still come with mutual respect.

Recording Academy Membership Opportunity - Action Required Before Friday
AMP Family! ❤️ If you were on the live earlier today, I mentioned this opportunity and told you as per your request that I would post the actual Master List of those I am recommending be paired to make this happen for you. As many of you know, one of the pillars of what we are building together inside the AMP Community is the belief that we grow stronger in numbers. With that in mind, I have been working behind the scenes to position our community for Recording Academy membership and I want you to understand exactly what that means for you. —— WHAT THE RECORDING ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP GIVES YOU The Recording Academy offers members the ability to submit music for GRAMMY consideration, vote on GRAMMY nominees and winners (Voting Members), and help shape future categories and rules. Members also gain access to networking events, writer retreats, workshops, leadership opportunities, and advocacy efforts protecting creators’ rights and royalties. Additional benefits include: - Access to health, dental, and vision insurance options - Direct connection to MusiCares for emergency financial and personal support - Educational seminars and expert-led industry panels - Discounts on music conferences, festivals, and industry services - Lower GRAMMY submission fees through Early Entry pricing Membership Types: - Voting Membership: Active creators including artists, producers, engineers, and songwriters - Professional Membership: Executives, educators, managers, and industry professionals - GRAMMY U: Full-time students pursuing music careers with mentorships and educational perks This is how we build community. This is strength in numbers. We build together. —— HOW THE FEE WORKS The Recording Academy does charge an annual membership fee. I want to be crystal clear: that fee does NOT come to me. It goes directly to the Recording Academy. You will pay them directly upon your approval when they grant you access to your account. —— THE PAIRING OPPORTUNITY — YOU HAVE TO GIVE TO GAIN
