Following the results from a few online food intolerance tests that I did. I stopped eating so many nourishing and locally available foods because of it.

Aloha, Im Allison and I live on Kauai. Im a mom to a 4 year old. I found the whole “pro metabolic” thing while pregnant, and prior to pregnancy, I had a job where I worked outdoors (plant nursery). Between PPD and the stress of being a new mom, I found myself spending a lot less time outdoors, and I wasn’t exercising enough (like none at all). Two and half years ago, we started trying to have another baby. Ive since has 3 losses, and each time, it took awhile to get pregnant. I also continued to gain weight after each loss, and my period got worse and worse. Food and minerals were good, but not doing enough about light and movement. Im currently participating in Kori Meloy’s Radiant summer challenge, and ive really pushed myself to get that morning light on my eyes, uv on my skin, and to move my body more. I feel like a new person. And I want to keep it going. I’ve always liked your content, and im excited to find this community as ive been trying to reduce my instagram usage. I look forward to learning more about how I fix my metabolism and start living more in alignment with circadian rhythms. Thanks for this!
