Okay folks, I have officially rejoined the ranks of teachers on Insight Timer. What should my first audio be?

What has or currently is your biggest challenge in connecting to the Akasha field??

(insert people, oppourtunities, blessings that complete this statement) "Right here, right now, Source shows up for me by...." (insert synchronicities that clear the way, open pathways etc)

On your journey of acension, nothing is a coincidence. Every cold / flu like symptom is an ascension symptom. There is no such thing as "just a cold." Fever = burning away the old Runny nose = Clearing the sludge of stored emotions (usually fear and grief) Stuffy nose = holding onto or storing old fears and grief Tummy issues = could be different things based on precise symptoms, ranging from not digesting life events to resisting incoming or outgoing energy to a warning of something being ary Stiff joints / body aches = stiffness around change And on and on...drop the most common symptoms you experience in the comments and I'll respond with the most common reasons for those symptoms. *Everyone is different, a sure fire way to know why you're experiencing something is to go into the field and ask your guides - snotty nose and all*

The energy has been wild this past week! Anyone else feeling that? It simultaneously feels really progressive and lots of momentum around (high energy, a lot if movement and flow, loads of synchronicities, ideas just flowing, action flowing...almost more than I can hold... And so sparky!) and also intense and with kinda nervous/restless in my body. Breathtaking. Sometimes literally. Full moon time on steroids. 🤩 Grounding, anyone? 😁🌍 Also so happy to utilize it!
