Sema Reconstitution Help
I am switching from Tirz to Sema. I am starting at the 0.25 dose. I bought the 10mg vial of Sema. Is my math correct that its 1ml of bac water per 5mg of Sema therefore it would be 2ml of bac water for 10mg of Sema? Is that right or no?

The amount of BAC water isnt crucial. I do 2ml of bac water regardless for all of my peptides.

Tirz glp2
I feel extremely dumb so I’m hoping you guys can step in and offer some guidance. I’m a first timer.. please be nice! There are 2 research subjects that want to start the Tirezepatide glp2. I am looking at the 60ml bottle and of course need some Bac. I have no idea how much to buy or mix? Once it’s mixed does it have to be used in a period of time? Or just stored in fridge? Anyone with good knowledge and a helpful heart willing to help me?

Once you know youre both happy with it, I'd at least buy 5 vials at once so you get the discount

@Susan Daffron the Bac water doesnt matter much. Its simply a dilution so if you add more bac water, youre taking a bigger dose each injection. Youre still getting the same amount of the active peptide. This is a stupid simile, but its like if you put 1 cup of cereal in a bowl and 1 cup of milk and eat it compared to 1 cup of cereal and 2 cups of milk. Youre still only eating 1 cup of cereal, youre just getting more filler from the milk...does that make sense? Lol I just do 2ml of bac water in everything out of habit, except ghkcu. I always do 3ml of bac for that because it burns way less that way.

What resource do yall use to decide on self-dosing amounts? I’m specifically interested in the 3 GLPs.

@Heather Kile I play peptide roulette and just close my eyes while drawing it up and take a guess...j/k I just google what are the dosage instructions for whatever the med is.

Seeking recommendations for stacking
Need some advice. My sis 69 y/o has been on Tirz about a year. Lost a good amount of weight but has plateaued for about 3 months on 10 mg. Wanting help her with the last 20 lbs (added Lipo C about 1 month ago to help with energy). She is a grazer, can not eat large amounts (previous gastric bypass). Not sure if she should try AOD or Cagri (bumping TZ to 12.5 starting this week). I believe she’s not getting right amount of protein, but difficult for her to eat meat often. Would love some ideas/recommendations. Also what is best low dose of Cagri to start with? Rather start a little to low than have her get sick. Thank you all.
