Introduction
My book arrived on Saturday—thank you! I am located in San Dimas, California, and I am a Vietnam-era Army veteran, a disabled member of the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), and the founder of FlashBackAcademy.org, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving veterans and at-risk youth. I am seeking opportunities to collaborate on developing housing solutions for veterans, including myself, while creating a mentorship program for emancipated youth ages 18–25. My long-term vision also includes developing my property to support these initiatives and provide a sustainable model for housing, education, and community support. The knowledge and insights from your book will be an invaluable addition to our efforts, especially as we work to help veterans transition from HUD-VASH vouchers to a clear pathway toward permanent homeownership and long-term housing stability. Thank you again for providing this valuable resource. I look forward to applying what I learn to make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans and young adults in need.

🎥 How do veterans become homeless
Some of you may wonder how Veterans become Homeless. Some of you wonder how can you help these Homeless Veterans. You’ve come to the right place for both responses and for the education behind. For now watch this video comment like and share and follow my YouTube channel. I wrote this article back in 2013. Watch 🎥⏬⏬⏬⏬ https://youtube.com/shorts/5T8fHkp4VbA?is=PnTs6dAcgsXMtppb

🚀 1st class is launching Monday, July 13, 2026
🚀 We’re Building Something Special While things may seem quiet on the surface, we’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to build VetMentors Housing University into a learning community that will truly make a difference. On Monday, July 13, 2026, we officially launch our very first course: Collaborative Housing Solutions for Homeless Veterans This is a milestone—not just for me, but for all of us. To our Founding Members, thank you for believing in this vision and for building alongside us from the very beginning. You are helping shape what I believe will become the nation’s leading educational platform dedicated to housing homeless veterans and creating pathways to homeownership. This is my first time building a university on the SKOOL platform, and like any new journey, there will be opportunities to learn, improve, and grow. I ask for your patience, your feedback, and your continued engagement as we build something meaningful together. Every course we launch… Every resource we create… Every lesson we teach… …moves us one step closer to changing the lives of veterans across America. Thank you for being part of this journey. See you Monday as we launch Course #1! 🚀 — Yvette Jones-Swanson, M.A. Founder & Chancellor VetMentors Housing University “Building Communities. Restoring Lives.” **** Make sure to get your book 📕 https://www.vetmentorsonline.com/store/
