Hey #BelieveNation! 👋 I'm Allan, founder of a Brazilian industrial components distribution group based in Joinville, Brazil — built from scratch in 1998. Over 28 years, we've grown into a multi-entity operation across Brazil, Paraguay, and the USA, distributing specialized solutions for plastic injection, metal stamping, and aluminum die casting. Right now I'm working on three fronts: scaling our international operations (US and Paraguay); implementing a new ERP to professionalize our processes at scale; and in early-stage development of what I believe will be a disruptive platform for the global industrial sector — still under wraps, but the problem it solves is real and largely ignored by the market. My big goal for the next 30 days: challenge my team to embed AI into their daily workflows and make it stick; drive meaningful progress on our ERP rollout; and make the key strategic decisions that will define the next phase of our Paraguay manufacturing operation.
