Anaconda installing issues
I tried all day to install Anaconda3 on my VMWare / Windows10. I cant start the program and CMD, Promt, Powershell or Bash cant see the program. Python yes. I deletet the installation 3 times and cleaned up everytime. I gave the VMWare more ressourcer. I tried to install it with CMD. Under installation it stops in the end and take quit long time. And yes, I create manual path to the program too, tried 3 different. I can see the folder where it is, but no reaction. And yes, Im adm on the VMWare and my whole developer environment is there and working. Please come with some advise.....

@Ana Pat After I found the issue and solved that, the installation were as an ordinary installation. Just follow what they write. I installed it easy. Maybe reinstall Python. And everything should work.
Is Freelancing Right for You?
Naval Ravikant, co-founder of AngelList and well respected entrepreneur and investor, thinks that we are heading towards a future where we will all be freelancers again. He offers valuable insights into why this shift might occur Factors such as the rise of remote work, the emergence of freelance platforms, advancements in AI technology, and evolving cultural norms are all contributing to the gradual transformation of the work landscape, working together to reduce external transaction costs. Naval also makes a fair point about humans not being built to work consistently all the time and still be expected to remain productive. Quality of work output is not linear. He describes how the "modern knowledge worker athlete" is most productive. Which involves training hard, sprinting, resting, and reassessing, then using the feedback loop to prepare for the next sprint. Similar to how freelancers move from project to project. If you purely look at the numbers, Naval might be onto something here. According to a recent study by Upwork: - Freelancers made a significant contribution of $1.27 trillion to the U.S. economy in annual earnings in 2023, which is a substantial increase from $713 billion in 2014. - The study also revealed that the number of professionals freelancing has risen to nearly 64 million Americans, accounting for 38% of the U.S. workforce. This marks a noticeable growth from 34% in 2014. I've been freelancing for a decade, so I might be a bit biased, but I agree with Naval's perspective on the future of work. What do you think? Will the number of freelancers continue to increase in the future? And have you ever considered freelancing? What's holding you back? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

@Oriol Fort Agree. And as a solo worker, there are definitely disadvantages. You have no one in your work to social/ping pong with. You have no senior to contact when you have challenges and you don't have a PO (product owner) who sets boundaries or direction. Being a freelancer requires a lot, but when you succeed, there is good money and a working calendar that you control yourself.

@Oriol Fort Very much agree. The trend right now, is that many younger people want to be freelancer because of good money and freedom, but they dont have expirience from the labourmarket. And dont know there rights, needs, demands. The seniors that become freelancer, many times know their worht and value freedom in another way. They make sure, that they dont work to much and get high paid. I do not know about Dave's Freelancer course. I tried to find the price of it, without success. But such a place could be good for freelance beginners (very most) if they are guided correctly.
