All of the above 😆
Share your daily wins 🌟
In our incredible community, we place a special emphasis on celebrating victories, no matter how big or small. The act of "sharing your wins" is a powerful tool that redirects our focus from dwelling on challenges to acknowledging our successes, fostering a sense of empowerment within each of us. Take a moment to reflect on your daily or weekly achievements and share them with the group. It's not just about symptoms disappearing or reaching the pinnacle of well-being, although those are fantastic wins too! Your success could be a subtle shift in mindset, a profound "ah-ha" moment, a rejuvenating timeout, an awareness you've cultivated, or any positive change you've experienced. By collectively recognizing and celebrating these wins, we contribute to a supportive and uplifting environment for everyone. What's a recent win you've had? Feel free to share below! Let's continue to inspire and empower each other on this journey. Josh and Jeanne

I'm a TNNS alumni and have been implementing what I've learned now for about a year and a half and this week my husband is finally starting to change some of his habits. He's been joining me outside first thing in the morning all week! Feels like a huge win for both of us! ♥️
Happy Father’s Day ❤️
Watching my son play outside reminded me of something. A stick became a sword. A rock became treasure. A pile of dirt became an entire adventure. No screens. No instructions. Just imagination, curiosity, and nature. Every bug they inspect, every tree they climb, every challenge they figure out becomes information for their growing brain and body. We often think learning happens in a classroom or through a screen. What your child is exposed to becomes information for their body. The sights they see. The light they receive. The environments they spend time in. The experiences they have. These are all signals helping shape how they grow, adapt, and understand the world. Sometimes the best thing we can do is simply let them be kids. ❤️ P.S. You think this message is about our son. But it’s also a reminder to you, because you are no different 🙏🏻 Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Dads out there ⭐️

Happy Belated Father's Day!
Morning question…
⏰ What time of day do you feel most like yourself and does your current routine actually protect that time? No judgment here. Just curiosity. Let’s get honest about what our days actually look like 👇

On the days I'm not on top of it I'm good until lunchtime usually. Lunch is when I have the hardest time taking care of myself. I don't like stopping to break for lunch because I'm usually on a roll with everything. If I don't have something dense to eat readily available I often times go for something faster and lighter and it always backfires 🙄 I know better but I'm still trying to unlearn having my cake and eating it too. I just find lunch time SO annoying 😂
The Emotional Side of Your Autoimmune Disease
The Root Cause of Autoimmune Disease No One Talks About… Most people see a doctor, get prescribed meds, and move on… but what really changes? Nothing. Here’s what’s missing from the conversation 👇 Your mind and body cannot be separated. Your emotions, gut, nervous system, hormones, and immune system? They’re not separate—they’re different expressions of the same unit. Take anger, for example. Gabor Maté describes it as a healthyemotion, designed to set boundaries and protect you from intrusion. In the brain, there’s a circuit for anger, just like in all animals—it’s a built-in defense system. Now think about your immune system—its entire role is boundary defense: ☑️ Let in what nurtures you ❌Keep out what’s harmful So what happens when you suppress emotions? Your immune system suppresses too. When you ignore your needs, push down emotions, and just survive, your immune system stops protecting you—or worse, turns against you. Autoimmune disease isn’t just about the immune system attacking itself. It’s a reflection of your emotional landscape. So healing isn’t just about meds—it’s about: ✨ Changing your emotional relationship with yourself ✨ Meeting your own needs instead of suppressing them ✨ Showing up differently in the world—which changes your physiology Your experiences shape your biology. If you want to reshape your biology… change your experiences. Disease isn’t an invasion. It’s a manifestation of something within you. What’s one shift you can make today to honor your needs? Share below 👇🏻

Slow down. Make a reminder to check in with myself a few times a day to make sure my needs are being met.
