Tell me more about your strength training
Morning everyone - I hope you've had a lovely weekend. I'm going through all your Menopause Running Reset forms, and something that has surprised me how many of you are doing regular strength training, yet not feeling the benefit with your running or seeing it in your body composition. Can you tell me more in the comments: 1) What exercises are you doing 2) How heavy are you lifting (give an overall rating of 1-5 in terms of how hard the weights feel, 1=easy, 5 is really hard - ie you can only do 6-8 reps of your exercises. I'll use this information to make sure what I am advising you on this week is relevant to where you are right now with your training. Thank you.

Strength training on legs. Squat to chair holding 8kg kettlebell 5 reps of 10. Leg press 70kg + 5 sets of 10. Leg curl 35kg 5 sets of 10. Leg extension 30kg 5 sets of 10. Abducter and adductor 40kg 5 sets of 10.
