Hiring managers should quickly see the candidate’s role, value, and impact within seconds. The best resumes are tailored to the role, highlight achievements (not just duties), and balance ATS keywords with human readability.

One thing I’ve noticed from working with job seekers is that most people aren’t doing anything wrong. Their resumes just don’t explain their experience clearly enough.
