Imposter syndrome doesn't wait until you're bad at something, it usually shows up right when you're doing well, which is the confusing part. The version of it I see most in women 45+ isn't "I can't do this," it's "I got away with this, and someone's going to notice." Naming it as a pattern instead of a fact is usually the first thing that helps.
