Aloha! I live off grid as a caretaker of a retreat center in Hawaii on the Big Island, and have wanted to build an earthen home for many years! I’m curious about how this can be accomplished with the moisture/humidity and at times intense rain we get here in the tropics. If I could guarantee a way for a cob home to last in this wet climate, I think I could convince the owner to put up some cob structures for our guests!
