LLC (Limited Liability Company) ✔ One or more owners ✔ Separates your personal assets from your business in most situations ✔ Flexible tax options This is why many small business owners choose an LLC. It provides liability protection while remaining relatively simple to manage. Best for: Most freelancers, consultants, coaches, service providers, and small business owners. C Corporation ✔ Strong liability protection ✔ Separate tax-paying entity ✔ Can issue multiple classes of stock This structure is often used by larger companies or businesses seeking outside investors. Best for: Companies planning for significant growth or venture capital funding.
