FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY • NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH ADVICE • INDIVIDUAL NEEDS MAY VARY. 💜 X IS FOR eXHAUSTION Today we’re talking about something many caregivers minimize: Exhaustion. Not just being tired after a long day. But feeling like you are running on empty. Maybe you are: 😴 Tired all the time 🧠 Mentally overloaded 😔 More irritable 💤 Sleeping poorly 💜 Feeling guilty when you rest 🤝 Convinced everything depends on you COMMUNITY QUESTION What is usually the first sign that tells you: “I need a break”? Is it fatigue? Frustration? Poor sleep? Feeling overwhelmed? Losing patience? CAREGIVING MADE SIMPLE CHALLENGE Choose one thing this week that can reduce your load. Ask someone for one specific task. Rest for 30 minutes without guilt. Cancel something that can wait. Take a walk. Sit quietly. Call someone. You do not have to solve everything today. 🌱 A Mustard Seed Is All I Need™ DISCLAIMER: For educational and informational purposes only. Not medical or mental-health advice. Persistent, severe, or concerning emotional, physical, or functional changes should be discussed with an appropriate qualified professional.
