Any input is appreciated; How to be calm under pressure
I admired what HassanĀ Naveed, stated on his post regarding, "being calm under pressure". I would like to know how to stay calm in any situation and not shut down, and or shout out. Thank you.

Confidence Community
Hello folks! Hope you’re all doing awesome, as always. On 29th Jan last year, I became part of this amazing community. The OGs know this but back then Jason did one-on-one video calls with everyone. That call was a real turning point for me. It was the first time I spoke with an American outside of work related conversations. I work at Amazon, so I do interact with international teams, but this was different. That single conversation genuinely helped me build real confidence. Then came the challenges. I won one too yes, technically my first dollar earned šŸ˜„ I still remember how happy I was telling my family about it. That moment made me believe that if I put my mind into something, I can actually achieve it. 2025 turned out to be one of the best years of my life, especially after losing my dad to COVID. I went through a really dark phase mentally, and for me this community was never just a platform. It became a space where real people showed up for each other and helped one another grow. This year, I took more time off work for festivals and events than ever before and truly enjoyed life. I did a lot of crazy things stepping up for challenges here, meeting a singer I had been listening to for the last 3 years, getting back into the game and approaching sassy ladies šŸ˜„, hanging out with the homies, making memories, and spending quality time with my family. The November 7-Day Challenge deserves a special mention. Recording, approaching people, and just putting myself out there was one of the funniest and most rewarding experiences I’ve had. I learned something very important from it if you don’t have the courage to grab an opportunity when it shows up, chances are it won’t come back unless you’re insanely lucky or have a wild connection with the universe šŸ˜…. I truly appreciate every single one of you here. If I start mentioning names, this post will turn into a 20-mark exam essay, and I’ll spare you that šŸ˜„ Jason, honestly, thank you for creating such a spectacular platform. Things have been a little quiet lately, and I do get disappointed in myself when I can’t contribute as much as I used to, but I’m working on it. Massive respect to the amazing folks who are still showing up, sharing value, and keeping the energy alive.

Thank you for sharing in who you are. Very admirable quality. Keep going your building yourself and well for others. Thank you once again.
Comfort Is Expensive.
It costs you the life you say you want. Every time you choose comfort over courage, you delay the version of you that’s capable of more. Growth feels awkward. Learning feels uncomfortable. Starting feels scary. But staying the same? That quietly costs you years. You don’t need to be fearless. You just need to move despite the fear. The life you want is on the other side of uncomfortable decisions. Choose growth. Even when it stretches you.

Ok, this is good, especially growth and even when it stretches me. I will do my best to adapt, move, and change to situations, environments. Being "uncomfortable" will be a target to Change and adapt by using my faculties with overcoming situations in my life. Remembering my Wins.

Thank you for sharing.. with your experience you can evolve quickly. I like that you are calm under pressure. That is something that I am working on personally. For my experience, I am listening and trying to feel their communication to engage by asking questions. Example; please elaborate, what are your goals for this year? What is new that you are working on and or achieved? For me, it is easier to listen and engage in their highlighted points.
