Hi Everyone, my name is Ellen and I’m from Washington. I work for a trucking company now and I’m trying to open a dispatching company to stay away from my 9-5 lol but I’m not sure where to start. Anybody care to help me.. I will really appreciate it and thank you 😊

@Ellen De Jesus Welcome to the community 🙏🏼 I’m sure starting your own dispatching business will be easier than for most of us because of your current role. But that’s a bonus for you ✨ You got this , seems like your already doing all the back office work , now time to put in the work for your own company and work from home or wherever you want. 😁👏🏼

@Ellen De Jesus I do have some sort of dispatching service experience but not for trucks/vans, our niche is going to be for cargo van/sprinter vans then go into box trucks 🛻 , and my husband has a lot of driving experience so it helps . We are super close to starting our own dispatch company just wanting to learn as much as possible before jumping into it . We have everything for the business down on paper it’s just now starting the LLC and the rest falls after . 🙏🏼 but like I said just wanting to learn some more 🥲
