How I Got Added To 284,362 Spotify Playlists This Year
A little capital investment into your music can go a long way! I just made a deep-dive into my thoughts on play-listing and advertising as an independent music producer. What have you guys found to work?

WHAT DAW ARE YOU USING AND WHY? 🎶
Seeing as the last time we did this we only had about 100 members, let's get an update! What DAW are you mainly using these days and what about it has captured your heart? (Last time Bitwig was the big winner...) Vote below and leave a comment below briefly explaining why you use that DAW.

Ableton for the ease designing playing instruments and that you can make it “feel” like one. Also it’s the undisputed champ for performing live imo (live looping, clip automations, session view, etc)

@Lex Christopherson I have yet to try Bitwig! You’ll have to give me the low down sometime :)

What are you working on? 😎
After the last 3 months of exploring a “all stock Ableton everything” fetish, I’ve just reinstalled a bunch of my plugins and have been having a blast making music like a mad scientist/kid in a candy store. I’m curious… what are YOU working on?

The TRUTH About Music: Beyond Genres, Charts, and Fame
I decided to share a snippet from one of my premium courses "Heart of Sound" with you guys. In this presentation, I dove into something a little different: the deeper meaning of music and why it matters beyond just techniques and career aspirations. We so often get caught up in the technical side of music production, but if we lose sight of why we create, the journey can feel meaningless. So here is this slightly tongue-in-cheek but thought-provoking take on the origins, purpose, and mystical force behind music itself. From the healing power of sound to the connection between rhythm and emotion, we’ll explore how music has evolved into something we think we understand - but, in reality, has existed long before us and will continue long after. This presentation isn’t about gear or mix-downs or whatever music production mumbo jumbo I usually talk about. Instead it’s about remembering the magic, intention, and purpose behind every note we play. Because at the end of the day, whether you're aiming for a career in music or just creating for the love of it, staying connected to why we make music is the real key to fulfillment. Sit back and enjoy this playful journey through the nature of music, the forces that shape it, and the role we all play as creators in this timeless craft. How do YOU experience music?

This looks awesome! So stoked to check it out. To me, the universe IS music and an ongoing creative process. …that means, we are too. What makes music so powerful is that it’s a metaphor for experience itself 🌀🎶
