Medical prescription Finder SaaS/App collab Idea
New AI SaaS Idea: The Automated Pharmacy Finder Hey @everyone, I have way more ideas than I have time to build them. So, I'm open-sourcing this one to the community because I believe it's a massive opportunity for a team here to grab and run with. Who wants to build it? The Problem: The Pharmacy Runaround We've all seen or experienced this. You (or a loved one) go to fill a critical, life-saving medication—for diabetes, mental health, asthma, whatever—and the pharmacy is out of stock. What follows is a complete nightmare: - Hours wasted on the phone, driving around town. - Navigating endless automated phone menus ("Press 3 for the pharmacy..."). - Waiting on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told "no, we don't have it." - Repeating the same panicked conversation over and over again. For many, this isn't a minor inconvenience—it's a high-stress medical crisis where every hour counts. The Idea: "RxFinder AI" An AI agent that acts as a personal pharmacy concierge. It's simple: a user provides the medication name and their location, and the AI does all the legwork. Here’s the workflow: 1. Input: User submits the drug & their zip code on a simple interface. 2. Action: The AI uses a service like Twilio to start calling every pharmacy in the area, automatically navigating phone menus to reach a human. 3. Query: The conversational AI asks the staff the key questions: "Do you have X medication in Y dose in stock?" and "Can you fill it today?" 4. Result: The user gets a single, beautiful text message: "Success! Your prescription is available at the CVS on 5th & Main. We've confirmed they can fill it for you." Why This Wins This solves a high-emotion, high-value problem. People would gladly pay a one-time fee of $29 or $49 to make this crisis disappear instantly. The tech is feasible and the operational cost per search is incredibly low (probably $1-5). It's a high-margin, high-impact business waiting to be built. Let's Build This (Without Me!) I'm posting this for you all to take over. I will not be leading this project. My goal is to see a team from our community bring this to life.

This is a brilliant idea. It reminds me of my English community—which I’m actually about to archive, because jumping straight to a paid model wasn’t the best move. My original plan was to build SaaS projects together and monetize them as a group. So this concept really speaks to me. What I especially like is how the principle behind this project is totally duplicable. For example, someone recently told me about a friend who built a service to track down a specific type of Rolex. He literally called around 100 shops and ended up finding about 12 of them. That same approach could easily be applied to other industries or projects . I’m not sure if I’ll have time to join in, but maybe I can combine it with my current work. I have a part-time DevRel contract with bit.cloud, and just yesterday we were talking about building a product in public—showing the journey from prototype to production. The idea is to create a product where you prompt for what you need and get production-ready, tested, and documented components. For instance, taking something built with Lovable and making it ready for production. I could share the entire process, not just the bit.cloud part, since people don’t need to know I work there. As for my own strengths: I’m solid on development, frontend, n8n and I have some natural design skills. Marketing and prompt engineering? Not so much. Honestly, I don’t enjoy prompting, and that’s why I usually steer clear of voice agents. @Ben Seidel for Marketing?
Hello from Madrid
Hey, I'm Alex, French living in Madrid, I'm also a workflow creator, n8n ambassador and YouTuber. I have a very diverse background as I begin studying pharmacy + business school, which I really didn't like, then wanted to be an actress so I went to Drama school in Paris. I met tech 13 years ago, beginning with WordPress with no code and stretching myself to a full stack JavaScript bootcamp became a front-end developer, developer relations, speaker, And since about two years I'm into AI and automation Discovered n8n became an ambassador created YouTube channel in English and now a YouTube channel in French as I realized the French market is underserved and also a free community in French. Happy to help, to share, and also to be helped with advanced things, especially when things need to scale!

@David Ashby sorry, I only see your message now. I have been incredibly busy this week, as always. Yeah, send me an MP and we can chat. I would be happy to have a call and to know you better anyway!
Need advice for scaling
Hello, I built a quite advanced workflow for a client. It's about getting emails for a list of 12,000 companies. 1. I found the domains that I can use using a serper API + AI 2. I use a Snov.io API, which is a quite complex but very competitive price 3. There are 4 workflows relying one on another So it works well, but I'm a bit nervous of running it for 12k list. Do you have advice on error handling and all this stuff? I've build a lot of things, but a lot of them are proof of concept for YouTube or anyway not at this scale.

@Jin Carballosa OK, I think my workflow will work for you :-) I'm transferring everything to NOCODB, and I'm going to publish it and make a video. But I can share it or let me know if you want me to implement it

@David Ashby thanks, sorry I didn't see your message until now The workflow is working, and I run it for the client from Friday to six hours without any errors. Really good one, and today I submit it to the N8N marketplace. And also recorded a video, so I will post all that very soon. It will be interesting to discuss this workflow and all the things that can be done with it, including how we handle errors at scale. The great thing is I publish it for free on the marketplace, but with the AnyMailFinder affiliation, it can be profitable. So it can make everybody happy, but I'm thinking perhaps of building a frontend and some extensions and sell it in a better way.

Hello All, I’m Guy from Paris. I’m a big data architect and new to n8n. Super excited to get stuck in, learn from you all. I want to link data with automation.

Hey guys, I'm Ben from Germany. Certified GoHighLevel Admin, friendly networking peoples person and passionate in helping local businesses overcome their underdigitalization. I'm 34 and with my wife and dog I traveled around Europe for the last 2-3 years. Had 2 Kids on the way, surrendered to Jesus, and ended up in Germany after all 😂 We initially aimed for asia 🤷🏼‍♂️ I got into online marketing around three years ago with webdesign and VA stuff and niched down into social media marketing until I discovered HighLevel a year ago and became extremely addicted to it, went all in with it and completely specialized in it by helping local business to not lose track and SAAS owners to not drown in support. Even though GHL is on the right path to be one of THE solutions. The speed of AI development is crazy and I'm becoming increasingly more interested in independent solutions like n8n and agentic workflows. And lastly I find the casualness concerning with which we as marketers generally juggle around with user data shooting them up into every kind of AI as long as the outcome is good for us so I want to learn more about data privacy in general and get my head into solutions that are straightforward with this. Cheers
