Week 1 project: deploying tools to run my site to a VPS
Hi all, I only joined the community this week but have been working with Claude for a few months now. Thanks to Claude I've been building a games jobs resource, listing over 14,000 jobs worldwide. Much of that started in 2022, but I'm not a good engineer, so I had to start and stop for a long time. Enter Claude. Not only did it get me up and running in a few weeks, but also taught me how to use node and python to test and get the data into a format that is useful. That coupled with auto tests and real user feedback helped me build something amazing. Then this week, I had a long chat with Fable, talking about ideas on where to take the site next, what to add, how to improve things and make things more secure and more. Then Fable made a suggestion: your tooling is running locally, why are you doing this to yourself? (Okay it didn't say it like that but you get the idea). Then within a few days it deployed my tech stack to a VPS, scheduled the tests and deployments, helped me set up a telegram bot for validation, and it's been running nicely for the last 2 days! So happy about this, and I learnt a lot about dealing with planners, executors and validators, and it's been a blast!

@Gerald Aaron David thank you. The managed hosting was more expensive. I'm currently paying £39 a year for a 2VCPU / 4GB RAM / 40GM nvme to basically pull and crunch a lot of data and then upload it via rsync to the website hourly, whereas with my hosting provider that would have been an extra service for significantly more cost and massively less access and control of what I could run. Plus, with Claude running me through it every step of the way, I felt that I actually learnt stuff, whereas with my hosting provider it would have been "upload this for me, install it for me, then send me the logs of what went wrong"

[Day 1] Newsletter Completed #AISChallenge
Hello everyone, I've completed my first task of building a newsletter using Claude code. Since it was my first time working with Claude code, I wanted to keep things simple by following the first lesson by Nate. Everything executed perfectly without any errors for this task. For the second day, I plan to try something on my own while still following the lessons for the upcoming days. I would really appreciate it if anyone could share their use cases. Thank you!

Great work, @Venkata Narendra Pulipati !
IMPORTANT FABLE 5!
Has anyone been able to create a skill or figured out how to get opus to think like Fable 5? I am still brand new and don’t want to miss this Fable run. Reaching out to the AIS Fam for guidance / pointers on how to do this. Thank you family 🙏🏽

Opus will never think like Fable, but you can ask Fable some very tricky questions and solutions for your project(s) and then tell it to instruct Opus to execute. I then tell Opus what I liked and didn't like about the framing of the briefs or the solutions, as a framework of how to deal with plans going forward
What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.

@Nate Herk I came here to learn about Agentic OS /AI OS, and I feel like putting it behind level 3 is a bit of a challenge, especially for a module this high up in your curriculum. I feel this should be reconsidered
