Confidence
This comes from digging deep into your short comings assessing them, accepting them, improving them so they no longer affect your actions and then having the ability to act out your truest sense in the world. This is highly satisfying to quality of life and maintains an over ROI. Self development is the best ROI.

Confidence I find comes with being in a position to back yourself Back yourself to beat other people (financially, legally, and physically if needed) Back yourself not to be desperate and to make decisions from a position of strength, not desperation and weakness Back yourself that you are doing the right thing and can live with the choices you make Back yourself that you are living for you, and not for others Back yourself that you are willing to work harder and sacrifice more than others to beat them, or “die trying”
Always walk ever so slightly in front of your female
On a walk home from dinner I see a guy walking 2-3 meters in front of his girlfriend while she battles crowds and struggles to keep up. I notice this and then a few moments later I see a drunk guy accidentally knock her and two guys nearly end up having a fight. Keep it simple, hand hold man in front slightly. If you feel the need to walk in front of your woman 2-3 meters then you should find another woman as you don’t value protecting her and she may not either. At the same time don’t be one of those simps that lets your girl lead the way.

Processed food is all shit
If you want a treat have some berries. My biggest hate food - Hot dogs & Mixed meat dumplings (Pork/Chicken) Best foods - Eggs - Steak - Vegtables (Minimal) - Blueberries - Yoghurt What have I missed?

Finding the time to “cook” can be hard A personal chef is most likely impractical unless you have a large enough family or if they deliver ready made meals. Plus the coordination hassles and fact you usually have to book them for min amount of hours per day can be hard Packaged meals (“healthy / fitness meals”) can work but are likely processed, high sodium etc Uber eats similar to packaged meals, even if it’s “healthy” options can be processed, high sodium etc Best option I have found is meal prep. You control the ingredients, less time cooking, etc. Probably not as good as fresh food though & can be repetitive. Thoughts anyone? Also side note for people who spend time in Dubai they have Careem / Uber eats options there where you can pick individual ingredients with calories / macros on each, they create the meal fresh and deliver to you, is anyone aware of this in Aus or Melbourne? Such a great option IMO.

@Beau Arfi another business idea for the group for someone of this background potentially I feel this space (food) is often overlooked in Aus, yes we have a smaller market than US / Asia but when you look at stories like “Plated” which was founded circa 2012 and sold for 300M circa 2017, it’s a space with large potential exits and growth.
Mindset around Death
for me thinking that you'll one day you'll die and pass over is extremely motivating. After acceptance you can move forward with the motivation that death is imminent and the best move on the board is to life your life with no regrets and to live a life you're proud of. You do that through seeking uncomfort and difficulty. How do you manage it?

Religion (aiming for strong underpinning belief structure and understanding the PROCESS of death, judgement etc) Discipline (living each day as if you are going to be judged, because you will) Repentance (humans aren’t perfect, who do you turn too?)
