While I enjoy my current employment and the opportunities it has afforded me, its HR structure has not allowed my compensation to keep up with inflation, much less recognize my value. It's time to seek a higher-earning opportunity that can support my current lifestyle and enable me to achieve the rest of my financial goals! I'm hoping to get a new job within the next six months or by October 31, 2024. Let's go! 💃
