I am trying to implement real estate agent outreach for deal flow, but I was wondering how to organize this in my CRM. I am looking for CRM Pipeline setup recommendations for the agent outreach approach. Ideally I want to separate this approach from my other acquisitions pipelines as to not crowd it up. I’d probably separate the agent outreach into its own pipeline like you mentioned instead of mixing it with seller acquisitions. Something simple could be: - New Agent Contact - Initial Outreach Sent - Connected / Conversation Started - Potential Opportunity - Follow-Up Needed - Active Referral Source - Long-Term Relationship I’ve found that keeping contacts organized and having automated reminders/follow-ups helps a lot so good connections don’t get forgotten. Curious what CRM are you currently using?
