I added this worksheet I made years ago to the hands section. I may revamp it later. The goal is to be able to sustain each one for a good amount of time comfortably.

Chew on these. This is how I practice polyrhythms. A cheat code. It took years to figure this out visually. Beginner mode is the red yellow. Advanced mode is the blue green. You'll read bottom to top, top to bottom, left to right. Two lines at the same time. Using all four limbs. Left side of body against right side of body. Hands against feet. I'll describe how to practice these in the group calls and private lessons. Maybe also a video on it. More to come.
