Tracking Performance Fee's
How should I go about actually tracking my clients revenue so I know how much I make to properly bill my performance fee? Is there softwares you guys use to do this or how can I track their numbers to make sure I get paid the right amount

^ Thats how you do it. So long as you explain the process to your client and how its "foolproof", eventually you will also begin running off a merit system and won't have to rely on this.
I don't know how to start
I am a student who just recently relocated to the UK, I'm looking to start an agency but don't know where to start from, too many info to digest + I'm somewhat confused. I need help please

Start with Outreach. My personal pick would be cold calling: - Find Leads - Call them Keep it super simple and let the rest of the process iron itself out. Myself and Dylan scaled from 0 to $20k in 2 weeks following that approach above.
Loom: How Can I Build Trust & Feedback
I'm 15, and I've recently started using the loom outreach method - Dylan used in the gym niche, for my outreach and I was looking for feedback on myself / how I can present myself better (being young), and feedback on the value I provide and positioning I have throughout the loom. 5 minute Loom (Offer Consultancy): https://www.loom.com/share/6bb88ac8da9d4bcca41324169968a929?sid=d28eb64e-cd41-4cde-a3db-59e21980624c

Biggest thing I see here is justification. You don't have to explain why you are looming them, or what the purpose of the message is. Assuming a value frame will have your messages deliver a lot stronger, therefore garnering more respect. I started when I was 15 hopping on sales calls, looms etc., leaning into point above was the had the largest impact on the rapport I could build.
How is this even possible?
How can you get a 5% Meeting book rate in cold dms? I pitch free trials and have about a 1.2% Meeting booked rate.
How is this even possible?

Numbers lose effectiveness at scale. Your systems have to be less personalized any you begin to exhaust the market.
Hello Gs
My name is Dimitri, I'm romanian but I'm based in Italy and currently having hard times going past a few only pay-on-performance clients in Real Estate. I've started my journey almost 2 years ago but never been consistent, sat a around 15-20 sales calls and always struggled to cold call. Recently I've gotten over the fear of cold calling, and now my main focus is on systemising my service delivery and operations, while delivering for the actual clients and outreaching. I feel a bit overwhelmed but I know being surrounded by like minded individuals will help with consistency, and hopefully thanks to this brotherhood I'll get more clarity on what I need to focus to reach my goals πŸ’ͺ πŸ“ Age: 21 πŸ“ Location: Milan, Italy πŸ“ Niche: Real Estate πŸ“ MRR: 250€ πŸ“ Speciality (ex: sales): got very interested in copywriting for a while πŸ“ Fun Fact: a balkan core raised with italic spirit πŸ“Photo of Workspace:
