I use 1v1 lock to intro LL, especially for wolf development - your most important defensive role. For R&S, I like giving the offense the advantage in 4v3 flow to get you right into playing in dominoes. When we first installed LL, we were the only team in our area running it and most players/coaches had never seen it before, so opposing teams struggled to score efficiently. That said, don't get discouraged with your offense if your defense makes it hard to score in practice... that's just an indicator that other teams will have a REALLY hard time considering they won't be practicing against it every day.
