✈️ What’s Your Favorite Airline?
For the longest time, I booked whatever flight was the cheapest. I even had a Spirit Airlines membership back in the day… but that airline is basically a ghost now 👻 Lately, I’ve been trying to fly United whenever I can. Being based near Chicago, they have a great route network, even though they’re sometimes more expensive than American Airlines. One reason I’ve been choosing United more often is because my Chase cards are currently earning 10x Ultimate Rewards points when I book through PAZE, so the extra points can make the higher fare worth it. I’m curious… ✈️ If you had to stick with just one airline, which would you choose and why? Is it because of: • Better prices? • More reliable service? • Loyalty perks? • Easier upgrades? • Better routes from your home airport? Let’s compare notes! 👇

✈️ Don't Book Your Flight Before You Do This...
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is finding a destination they want to visit, buying the flight, and only then thinking about how they're going to pay for the hotel. Instead, flip the process. Ask yourself: - Do I have hotel points for this destination? - Are there transfer partners that give me better value? - Is there a hotel offering a 5th night free with points? - Would another airport or nearby city stretch my points even further? On my recent trip to Italy, I used points to stay in some incredible hotels that would have cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. A little planning before booking my flights made a huge difference in the value I got from my points. The goal isn't just to travel—it's to travel smarter. 💬 Question for you: What's the biggest travel expense you're hoping to reduce this year? - Flights ✈️ - Hotels 🏨 - Rental Cars 🚗 - Food 🍽️ - Something else? Drop your answer below! 👇

Visiting Family Soon...
So, coming up in August, I actually have tickets booked to go and visit some family. I don't necessarily consider this a vacation because it's always more frustrating than relaxing, and I'm only going for a long weekend this time. If anybody has any travel tips on coping with stress when you have to go visit your family, please share.

@Krista Brea Plan ahead. Book transportation early, pack the day before, and allow extra time for delays. - Set realistic expectations. Family visits don't have to be perfect. Focus on enjoying the time together rather than trying to meet everyone's expectations. - Take breaks. If possible, step outside for a short walk or find a quiet place to recharge when you feel overwhelmed. - Practice relaxation techniques. Deep breathing, meditation, or listening to calming music can help reduce stress during your journey. - Get enough rest. Try to sleep well before your trip and stay hydrated to avoid feeling more anxious or irritable. - Maintain healthy habits. Eat balanced meals, drink plenty of water, and do some light stretching or exercise. - Set boundaries. It's okay to politely decline activities or conversations that leave you feeling overwhelmed. - Bring comforting items. A favorite book, headphones, a travel pillow, or snacks can make the trip more enjoyable. - Stay connected. If you'r

Most interesting Hotel Food Item?
In Bangalore, India we stayed at the President Hotel and they had a hot serving tray lid that when you opened it, it was a tray of potato chips! How about you? What is the strangest food item you had?

On a small Vacay! Thought I’d share
When going to a resort or a high-end luxury hotel, tell them you’re celebrating an anniversary or birthday! They usually will comp you a free bottle of wine, chocolates, or champagne! Also, last night, our hotel had five outages and my wife got the hotel to reinstate the points we used for the free night and waved the room fee! Self park if possible to avoid valet charges.
