Hello everyone, my name is Alex. I’m from Los Angeles, and I’ve really been wanting to do deals around LA, but I’m still trying to understand what a “messy” deal actually looks like in this market. And how to find them. I know it probably looks different here than it does in places like Texas. I’d love to learn what the stronger indicators of a deal are in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, outside of the usual ones like delinquent taxes, NODs, pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, and probates that have been started but not completed. I would want to learn how to find them first then I can partner someone who’s an experienced investor in this market that I can go for the ride with on the solve.
