@Jzekyll Jzekyll offer a courtesy quote or just hand them a business card if you haven’t already gotten their info. It correlates with disqualification but I’ve had great experiences with customers who showed some red flags early on.

Deck cleaning
What’s everyone method for deck cleaning? Usually doing a 1% SH (we’ve got that fresh squeezed lemonade) 🍋 Up to 6% on some crusty old wood. 6%SH used on a deck today and it came out way better

Pre-wet, Sodium hydroxide, pressure wash (correctly), oxalic acid, rinse. Some decks need two rounds of sodium hydroxide and pressure wash if they’re beyond just some gray wood fibers.

What’s everyone doing today
We’re washing 2 homes, cleaning 1 set of gutter, and a full vinyl fence wash inside and out. Weekend plans? -gonna see the “sound of freedom” movie, Get yard signs for gutter cleaning and for a referral partner selling concrete sealing. Trying to get eddm right to attack some territory we’re losing ground on lately.

Roof wash, house wash, and gutters. Doing eight of these from 8-noon for the next eight business days. Would do 2 a day but running out of bleach.
