I am trying to track my number of calls I have made each day. I do about a hour or so roughly. I am looking at two numbers. One is outbound calls and one is connected calls. I wasn't sure what the difference in the two were?

Hi all - new to BatchLeads and Dialer combo. Been using deal machine. Can I just import directly from BatchLeads into dialer without having to performing the mapping?
