Hi Matt, We’ve now managed to get first-page Google rankings across East and West Sussex for roof and render cleaning. We’ve even targeted and ranked for several individual towns and cities in the area. The frustrating part is that, despite all that visibility, we’re still not getting many enquiries. 😔 What do you think the issue could be? I’d really appreciate your thoughts on what you think is holding us back and what we should focus on next.

@Matthew Brookfield Thanks, buddy. That’s good food for thought. In fact, all of our Google marketing is now organic—we hardly pay Google for advertising anymore. 👍👍

Hi Matt As a rule , would you let customer dictate the final payment? Or payment on completion?

@Matthew Brookfield we charge 30% deposit and payment on completion, but some customers take a bit longer to pay 😔
