I finally smiled to a girl and she smiled back!!! Also I asked a whole group of girls to play volleyball and they accepted!!! It's not over tho. I wanna improve. My goal is to get numbers and go on dates (I've only had experiences through mutual friends or dating apps). Do you have any advice for me?

Do anyone of you get the experience of going past someone and saying hi a little to late, and it just kinda gets awkward. I do this quite often as I still might be a little anxious about greeting someone i meet on the street. How do I make it easier for me to instantly greet them hen I get eye contact with them or before passing them? Do you have any tips/tricks on what can help me?
