(For added context I have recently joined this group but am limited in what I can do as I am in Australia which makes getting peptides much harder. I am microdosing tirz though) Ladies, who here was successfully on the pill for a really long time? And have you been able to transfer successfully to hrt if peri has started? OR anyone here on hrt BEFORE peri??? Essentially, I spent my whole fertile life on the pill up until 2 yrs ago. Honestly, it was all I knew and now looking back I see that I actually thrived on it. BUT having heard the millions of stories of how bad it can be for me and risks etc, I decided to go off it. Even though I was fine on it. Fast forward 2yrs and honestly they've been the hardest 2yrs of my life. Even with most of my symptoms now under control, the sheer exhaustion I feel feom the cyclical Rollercoaster each month is incredibly life-impacting. I can't keep moving forward building a business and growing my life when 2 out of everey 4-5 weeks I'm stuck in the depths of luteal phase. The truth is the world doesn't reward you being a cyclical woman. And the pill allowed me to essentially act like a man, consistently show up every day and get on with it. And so for those reasons, I'm considering returning to it. I'd love to know if anyone was/is on it, or any doctors who have opinions on it, daughters who are on it, anything you'd like to share. I just can't take this hormonal drop every fucking month of my life 😫 I can't live like this. I was even considering seeing if I could start hrt to try and smooth out my luteal experience, but I'm not sure that's usually appropriate unless I've started peri which I dont think I have. Any thoughts on this too please do let me know. Honestly right now I'm just like fuck being a woman. Society does not reward it 💔
