Grounding yourself when you're not okay.
Hello, I'm wondering what are you doing in challenging situations, or when you are frustrated/angry or similar. What helps you to ground yourself?

Taking about spiritual journey
This may sound weird but sometimes I have hard time bringing spirituality topic on the table with people that I don't know that much, even with some of mine close friends. I'm not ashamed but it feels like it's a sord of taboo topic. People can think it's woo-woo or delulu... Do you have some advice or do you have related experience that you can share, I would be very grateful and interested in reading your point of view. 🙂

@Erin Kissner thanks for the advice, I will try it in the future. I'm accepting that not everyone will have same or similar opinions and beliefs as me, and that it okay, like I said, I don't like to push anything and I don't like to be pushed as well. But in the end of the day I'm not stress about it, we all have our own pase and for me it's important that I'm not judging others, even if they are not understanding my passion.

@Navodi Luwis Hewa Thank you for sharing.
what is something you let go of... and then every thing worked out?
what was the epiphany and the thing that made you let it go? how did people or circumstances rearrange once you let go? how did you let go? share your story so others can see the reflection for themselves! extra credit... I'd love to see detailed stories too if possible rather than one phrase responses so people can have more context :)

I let go the things that I can't control, started with smaller things like controlling situations, who people are acting in busses or public places ( which used to annoy me a lot ), how people going to preserve me, that I can't control if someone like me or not etc. And with that I learned that I have a choice. Besides that I let go of the feeling that I'm not enough, that was hard, cos through my childhood I was getting feedback that something is wrong with me. With that I let go of anger that I feelt towards my parents, and leared to forgive them, which brought me peace and strength to carry on with my personal development. Ofc I'm not perfect but know when I left those stuff and learned that I have a choice, that is keeping me rolling.
Timing ✨
I was watching Aron's video some time ago and for no particular reason I stopped, that is happening to me, but yesterday, when I was looking to listen some new podcasts the thought just popped into my head. I knew who I was looking for and that I will recognise him,but I wasn't sure what the name was. I did find Aron quickly and through podcast episode I learned about this community! And grateful and thankful that universe has bring me to you guys and that I'm ready to level up!

@Karen Molloy Thank you 😊
what's something you used to believe about yourself, that now you do not?
share below and realize that beliefs can change and as they do your reality changes prompts for comment: what did you believe about yourself? what was the catalyst to the change in belief? how is your life different now? sharing will help us all reflect back to each other how we can change and the benefits of it!

I thorough that I will never feel like I'm good enough, because my parents and people who were in my life when I was a child gave me feedback that I'm not worthy, that I'm not enough, basically that there is something wrong with me, but I learned through therapy and personal development that is not true, I'm learning to be grown up. I didn't have depression episodes in quite some time, my anxiety is better. I learned to understand myself to be kind to my self, all od things that I thought that I don't deserve and that I will never have. But here we are. I'm forever grateful to my yonger seft, she found courage to do things differently, even when she we were lost and didn't know if something can even change, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here today. In conclusion I learned that person can change and heal, witch I think is amazing! 💜
