Hi @Anthony Castore , excited to be part of the community.. wondering what your take is on Bam 15 and when to use it for best results .. first thing in the morning on a fasted state ?? On recovery days away from your workouts ?? And does taking something like spermadine alongside make sense for autophogy and mitophogy ???
