We've been sitting on a secret for months… (+ No Nag Method & Creatine Guide)
Aaaaaand we finally get to say it out loud 👀 3 things dropped today, and one of them is genuinely a "wait, WHAT?" moment: 1) The surprise 🏆 We expanded the coaching staff for the summer Performance Accelerators in Tenerife… and we landed a WORLD RECORD HOLDER. He famously lost to Michael Phelps by 1/100 in the 100m fly. He's coaching at BOTH camps, for the full month. Your swimmers are going to lose their minds (in the best way). More on who it is in today's video. 2) The No-Nag Method 📵 Get your swimmer off the phone WITHOUT nagging, confiscating, or being the bad guy. It's free, it runs right here in the group, and we're capping it at 30 swim families (we're already most of the way there). It kicks off the last week of June. Read this pinned post to see how to claim one of the last spots. We're almost full. 3) The free creatine guide 💪 20+ peer-reviewed studies, all on competitive swimmers (not runners, not triathletes). Interactive quiz + a full Swimpros PDF specifically designed to give you everything you need to know to make your own decision. 👉 It's FREE in here until tomorrow (Friday) evening. Afterwards it's living inside the Premium Membership. Comment "CREATINE" below and I'll send you the secret link. And then go watch today's video for the full surprise 👇

For me it's to be 1% better than yesterday, always seeking to learn and grow to become a better person.
Orange River Mouth.
A fun fact we experienced during our gala weekend in Oranjemund, a tiny diamond mining town in the sperrgebiet (forbidden area in german) National park. It is located about 1100km from the capital city and there are no commercial flight to it. It is nearly 3000km to the far northern part of Namibia. Hence inhabitants of oranjemung rarely travel inland and prefer doing their shopping across the border in South Africa. This is the Orange River Mouth, the point where the Orange river meets the Atlantic ocean. It is a sight to behold in person. Hope you are able to understand my accent.

Visualising hard sessions beforehand
The last time I had a 1 on 1 with David, I was challenged to try visualising a hard set before going to training for that set. I did this for our Saturday training, which usually consists of 6x50 all out from a dive, suited, with 350 metres easy swim right after (start interval 7 minutes). I usually do all six fly. When visualising, I put strong emphasis on the dive, the underwater kicks, the breakouts, the turns, the breathing pattern and the finish. The visualisation made it easier to better time my turns and finishes, resulting in faster times. It was also easier to work through the last 2 reps, where I usually get lactic acid because I had already simulated that pain in my head.

@David Karasek Yep, I prepared to breathe a little more frequently and take a few less UW kicks when the lactic acid hit. Also, I was rehearsing in my head to hold as much water as possible with the hands and have a strong second kick of the fly cycle.
🌞 Tip 12/30: No Stress = Faster Training
I'm w the kids and no time to describe the video hahaha you'll see what I mean. Watch the video 🔥

Learned this the hard way. Had to rush my way to training biking two years ago with spikes for winter on my tyres. Had too much speed and fell on the cobblestone during a turn and hurt my knee badly. I couldn't swim properly in 2 months and turns were painful.
